We are still reminiscing about the recent supper club showcasing the talents of Will Kingery from 6th and Vine Wine Bar. It was an amazing night and everyone was very pleased with how it all turned out.

Now it's time to invite you to our next seating. We've decided to market our next supper club around our Winemaker's Dinner to be hosted along with Flint Hill Vineyard on Friday May 9th at 7pm. This is an exciting precursor to the Salute! NC Wine Celebration to be held downtown the very next day on May 10th

• Course #1: Grilled Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto with Cheese Grits made from Guilford Mills stone ground grits
Paired with Flint Hill's Viognier

• Course #2: Poached Pear and Manchego Salad with Honey Lime Jalapeno Dressing
Paired with Flint Hill Chardonnay

• Course #3: All Natural Strip Loin of Beef with Java BBQ Sauce
Paired with Flint Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

• Course #4: Granny Smith Apple Crumble with Homemade Cardamom Crème Anglaise Ice Cream
Paired with Flint Hill's Olde Yattken
